Slow loading time GT metrics

Hi,

My site according to GTmetrics loads slowly-from 9-13 sec. on average.
I know there are general rules and I also use Revolution slider etc…but I have identical site in local domain (different theme) and it loads from 4-5 sec.

Is it possible if I give You my domain name to have a quick look at it to see if there is something obvious I missed ?
