Slider revolution templates

Hello, I would like to install slider revolution templates. I think they came with the Highend Theme I had purchased. Will you tell me how I can install them? When I click on the templates, I have an option to install from “online” or “local.”
I can not upload locally, because I do not have the templates on my computer. (If I do have an access to them, I do no know where it is.)

If I click online, it says “This feature is only available if you activate Slider Revolution for this installation.”

If I am suppose to activate slider revolution, will you tell me how I can do it? My slider revolution plugin in installed and activated on my wordpress account.
