Slider Revolution Included?

I just downloaded the High End theme and installed Slider Revolution. In the slider revolution dialog it says it the plugin has not been activated. In the plugins interface it clearly has been. I tried entering my purchase code from MOJO Marketplace but it says it’s invalid. I need to know how to get Revolution Slider up and running.

There are also other errors in the attached screenshot I don’t recognize. Please assist.
