slider revolution browser problem

Slider Revolution banners (both video banners and sliding image banners) are working fine in Firefox, but are not working in Chrome or in Microsoft Edge browsers. Banners that have text as part of the slider, the text does display but the images do not, only a gray box displays where the images or video should be. I am doing the site development in WordPress on Bluehost. I have reviewed the posts that have been made to this forum, but have not found an answer on how to resolve the problem. Do you have a resolution? Thanks in advance for your help.
