Slider Revolution Activation for Template imports

Hi,

I am sure i am missing something here but as you advertised that you get a free premium copy of revolution slider with the HB theme i purchased I went ahead.

I have not been provided with an activation code which from previous forum posts seems normal practice, however how do you import premium themes? The template library is only available to premium users (which i should be) but can not access due to activation issues.
