Slider not installing and unable to load Demo

Hi, I have spend several days trying to load HIGH END Demo, I want to load the main demo to open a shop. Unfortunately I have an issue with the loading of the demo, i have tried to load several times, had to reset WP to default setting and try again. The last attempt was left uploading over night but I had to abort (as I gave it 6 hours). I also have a problem with a layer not appearing to load. the message ‘Highend theme recommends the following plugin: LayerSlider WP.’ appears, but when I try to install I am told the directory all ready exists.

Please help as I am about to drop the whole HIGH END theme (but i really want the theme, hence Im in touch).

Could you please look to resolve these issues, I am not familiar with WP (but will learn once set up as I always do), nor am I familiar with the technical uploading/unistalling etc and hope you could login to my account and set up the demo and resolve the ‘layer issue’.
