Slider next/previous buttons

Hi,

The slider on my homepage is acting weird; the text and arrows inside the “next” and “previous” buttons that appear when you hover over the sides of the image are misaligned. How can I vertically center the arrows and words inside the button, and also stop the word “previous” from being cut into two lines.
