Sitemaps for Google & Bing ect

Hi Guy’s

When filling out bing and Google web-master tools they ask for sitemap urls from my site,
can you please provide me with the required info to complete the tasks. i.e. were is it on my dashboard and in my theme / How do I use and keep it updated in my theme. is there any widget I am missing for it? ( I can not find any help with this question on the themes forum or in the theme documentation)

Please help asap before I forget what I am supposed to be doing with it….

PS: thanks for the demo install its great for understanding how it works, way better than just seeing what it can do. 10/10 from me so far. Here is a tip for new users:- I installed a second WordPress site in another WordPress folder and uploaded the theme to that as well (very simple to do as you say). After logging in to both accounts simultaneously on two screens (or a split screen) I can now see how yours works side by side with my new one and crack on with my installation.
