Site translation to several languages

    Hi, I would like to have my site translated to several languages. I have already installed the WPML Plugin but it has not been successful.
    I am not sure the plugin I downloaded is compatible with the HIGHEND WP THEME. I have the following plugins available: WPML Widgets and Theme Blvd WPML Bridge.
    Could you please guide me on how to do it?
