Site not updating after page changes

Hello,

We are trying to make changes to our site, and nothing is saving. Three of the pages are not updating. One of them “how-we-can-help” is showing an old version that was completely deleted. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, clearing browser cache, trying multiple browsers, etc.

It shows the updates when I’m logged in to WordPress, but when I’m not logged in the site displays the old content. This began giving us issues with the last few updates to Highend and/or WordPress.

Please help!
