Site loading very slowly

I’m having a problem (and have since I first installed and published) with slow loading for site http://facingtheblitz.com. I’ve read your page on optimizing the site and have done all those things. But, when i run Google Page speed or anything else it’s still very slow. The suggestions from PageSpeed are in the coding areas mostly. I’m not a coder. Isn’t Highend optimized already for many of the things that Google is telling me I need to fix? For instance here’s a suggestion:

I’m using Cloudflare as my CDN. I’m at a loss for being able to keep the site from loading quicker….it takes at least 45 or more seconds (using Pingdom tools) to load the facingtheblitz.com or the http://www.facingtheblitz.com page. Appreciate any help you can provide.
