Single product page

Hi,
I am having trouble customizing this page:
http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/shop/shoes/nike-roshe-run/

The title section with the breadcrubs in the right…. I have disabled that via the theme’s options but that still remains, so I am guessing it’s hardcoded somewhere. Just cannot find the right file.

Any leads?

What I want to achieve is to remove that title and replace with the one presented here:
http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/about-us/
