Single Image Shortcode Modification

Hi,

Al the moment, a link can wrap a single image shortcode however, I would like to add the title of that component to be clickable. Below is the code (I would like the a tag to wrap the H2). My problem is that I could not identify where the code is to modify it. Would you kindly help? Thanks
