Sidebar, menu, and alignment questions

Hello,

I am hoping you can tell me how to fix these issues:

1. The widget sidebar on my homepage is green and the font is white. However, on all my other pages I have a transparent background and white font. Can you tell me how to change that?

2. I have attached an image of a menu I’d like to have. I understand if the exact menu does not fall into the set parameters of the menu settings, but if it could be close, that would be great. Can you tell me how to place a white color background for the menu? Right now it is transparent.

3. I am having trouble getting items on the homepage aligned. Can you tell me how to go about this? I have a slider that stretches across the page, which I like. Can I do that with other objects as well? I have the white Grab N’ Go or Design Your Own area set to full width, but it stops at the sidebar. I attached an image.
