Sidebar creation & Footer counters

Please i have 3 issues,
1. i want to create custom sidebars, but i am unable to do so because i cant find the Sidebar Manager under appearance.

2. I need to display a three different counters on the prefooter area, i- Visitors Counter, ii. Members Counter, iii. Online Members ,see attached screen shot from your example site.

3. how can i create a login modal popup (if possible displaying my site logo,see attached), which will popup whenever signed out users or visitors tries to access members only pages or content.
