Side menu bar gone

Hello,

For some reason on my “about” page, the side menu bar is missing. it shows up on every other page but this one. I’ve tried everything but can’t seem to get it back.

also, i’m having trouble with the colour customizer. For my side menu bar, I’d like to have a white background with gray font and black hover colour but it’s not working.

Any help would be great.
