Showing Pre-Footer Callout in Portrait Mode

    I found that the Highend WP Theme does not show the Pre-Footer Callout in the Tablet (IOS or Android) Portrait Mode, in the landscape mode the Pre-Footer Callout is shown.

    How can I make the Pre-Footer Callout shown in the portrait mode?
