SHOW COMMENTS AND RELATED POSTS UNDER EACH POST

hi,
this is going to be the forth time im trying to get my problem solved.
It is not showing the option to comment and the post related articles under each post on the homepage.
How should I change it?
On the top of the post appears the option to comment but not on the bottom. It only happens on homepage, if i choose to open a specific post in another tab, everything appears perfect.
I already checked the option “comments”on the screen options on post.
everything is settled to appear the post related articles and the comments under each post but still not working.
I have no idea what may be causing this issue.
