Shortcode & update

I really need answers to these two questions, so I’m posting them again.

1. Regardless of where I place this shortcode on my page (http://66.147.244.54/~bluesro1/listen), the player always appears at the top left hand corner. How do I position it within a column within a row? Thanks.

2. Also, I have Highend version 2.4.4 installed and wish to update to 2.4.6. What does “Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost” mean? I assume that changes to page or plugin code will be unaffected. Is this correct?
