Shortcode not working in text or html field

    It seems like the Highend theme does not allow me to enter shortcodes in the text field or the HTML field. Is this true?

    Usually, if I put a shortcode in a standard WordPress page content, my opt-in bar shortcode works as intended.

    If I cannot enter a shortcode on my page (specifically on my about page at http://www.blissfuleating.com/about/ – you can see the shortcode down before “Meet the Team”), is there another way I can embed this opt-in bar?
