Shortcode help!

Hi Noda

On three occasions you have not received the Username, Password and Page URL information that I have sent you privately. Please check to see if you have received them this time. If not, we will have to find another way.

It’s been over a week now and I urgently need to resolve this problem:

Regardless of where I place this shortcode on my page (http://66.147.244.54/~bluesro1/listen), the player always appears at the top left hand corner. How do I position it within a column within a row?
