Shortcode Generator comes up as a blank window

I have the Aegaeus theme installed and the shortcode generator box comes up blank. I click on the heart when editing a page, and then a blank white window comes up where the generator should be. Any idea why this might be? I can manually enter the shortcodes and they work just fine. I’ve deactivated all plugins and the issue is still there.
