shortcode generator

    Hi,
    In classic mode or visuzl composer, somehow I can not use shortcode. When red pencil hit and selected,for example, title, I would go ahead and fill the boxes but when I hit insert button nothing happens. I tried mozilla, IE and chrome. I am no expert but script not working I guess. help needed.thank you
