SHop with leftsidebar

Hi,
I am working with the Highend theme setting Shop (http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/home-shop/) as my homepage. My homepage is displaying recent items from different categories. Now i am setting up my inside pages. What i would like to do is show this (http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/shop/?layout=left-sidebar) template for my categories pages. For example; one category is “men”. If someone visit this page; I would like to show all items listed in that category using template Shop with left sidebar. Could you tell me how can i achieve that?
