Shop Theme – disappeared

Hi,

I am currently building my new site using the Highend theme. The site is not live and has a coming soon status.

I installed the e-commerce shop template ‘ONLINE SHOP
A demo for an online store.’

All was going well, and we started to populate the store. Today, I visited the site to continue building and noticed a notification to install a basic WP installer as if its a new, clean site. Eventually, I bypassed this and entered the site only to find all the HighEnd options were blank where I had uploaded all the images; it asked me to install a new demo theme. Not quite sure what went wrong??? If I install and shop them again, I think it will make me start all over. Most annoying! Is there a way to regain the shop, or must I start again?

I had not completed the site, so I did not initialise any backup protocols.

Any help would be appreciated.
