Shop Page Custom Page Title Advanced Settings not working

Hi
Im working with the shop page and im finding that the title and sub title animations are not working Ive tried a few from fade in to scale up but no difference. Also when I chose the image it gives a choice to size the image for use, this is also not working and I just get a huge over sized image in the custom image section even if I chose the thumbnail option of 150x 150 pixels. I also tried medium 300×90 as well as resized my image down to the 1024×307 size and tried that but the image is always the same size and over sized. I noticed it did that to your image too cropping off the model. Please see here
