Shop – Fullwidth and other pages missing

Hi there,

I don’t seem to have a number of the pages shown on your demo, such as “Shop – Fullwidth” and “Home – One Page Parallax.” Did I not install the theme properly? Would really like to get these pages as I am eating up a lot of design time trying to rebuild them with no success and a lot of frustration.

Please reply how I can get the full suite of demo pages which I paid for.
