Im working on this project; http://ipsnorte.com/V3 , and my client wants to know the possibilities to make this:

1. They want to put the address text line in 2 lines on the footer.
2. The possibility of linking from a button to different parts of a text on the same page
3. The possibility of underlining titles, with horizontal blue line, like used in the main menu
4. The box “Asunto” in the contact form, Could it be as wide as the Message box?
