Several warnings in Highend Dashboard

    Hi,
    in the “Welcome to Highend” Dashboard I have three warnings (paths removed):

    Warning: DOMDocument::load(): http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in /…/HighendWP/functions.php on line 103

    Warning: DOMDocument::load(http://hb-themes.com/home/feed/): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /…/HighendWP/functions.php on line 103

    Warning: DOMDocument::load(): I/O warning : failed to load external entity “http://hb-themes.com/home/feed/” in /…/HighendWP/functions.php on line 103
    You are using Highend WordPress theme. Version 2.4.1.

    What would be the effect of these warnings and how can I fix this? Thanks,
