Set webpage to maximum width of 1920px

    Hi,
    I would like to set my whole webpage to a maximum width of 1920px. I have tried various custom CSS settings, but they only set part of the content.
    For example, I tried 

    #hb-wrap {
   
    width: 1920px !important;
    
}

    but the body width remains at 2537px.
