SEO Disabled But Still Shows Up In Source

    I have disabled SEO in Appearance>Theme Options>SEO Settings but still places the Meta title Meta Keyword and Meta Description in the <head>

    I am using Yoast SEO and this is creating duplicate conflicting Meta tags. How can I get rid of this?
