Second menu in the Top Header Bar and Unicode Fonts

Hi,
1. Is it possible to add another menu to the Top Header Bar? It’s very popular feature but I’cant see it in the Highend Theme settings.

2. I would like to use the Open Sans Google font (which I successfully use in this navigation http://www.studiomogilska.pl) but the “ę” and “ł” letters aren’t working correctly in this theme.
