Screen options not working/ available when editing?

I am using the Highend theme from HB themes. When editing my home page I cannot see content or any editing options. I think it has to do with the “screen options” tab in the page editor. On all pages and posts it shows correctly, however on my home page it appears as if all options on the “screen options” are disabled and thats why nothing appears. Only on my home page I cannot click on the screen options or help tab for some reason.

I restored one of my backups from before the problem started however it still remains.
