Saving new changes & front-end editor issues?

Hello there, I’ve been having problems saving new changes. I have already added a lot of stuff on the theme and it was looking good, then I needed to make some changes. I can’t make those changes, because when I click save it just says, “saving..”. It never saves, but stays in “saving..” mode, until I refresh the page, then it does not save the changes I was trying to make.

Also, when I’m in the front-end editor trying to design the homepage it saves a double when I add something after hitting “update”. So, for instance, when I add a full-width section and make a short-code for a title, it saves that title twice once I hit update. I don’t see that it saves it twice until I exit out of the front-end editor and get back to preview the actual homepage. Now, every time I go back to the front-end editor it shows that it has been doubled, but only after I go out of the front-end editor and come back in. Then, I erase the doubles, update, and go back to the actual homepage and then there is another set of doubles. I’ve redone this process until I have 10 of the sames copies of one title on the same full-width plugin. I hope all of that made sense, because it’s confusing for me to even show people, but it is a serious issue. I have currently deleted everything and I haven’t started over again, because I would like to resolve the issue. It has become frustrating, but I’m sure there’s something that can be fixed.

I have also gone to “backup settings” under the Highend options to try to restore the theme, in hopes that both of the problems above are fixed. But when I try to restore the theme to a blank it says “restoring..”, just like the “saving..” issue in the first paragraph above. I have let both of those messages go for a few hours before, so I’m not being impatient. Unless you’re suppose to wait that long to save something, although I was not expericing that before.

Thank you for any help in advance, it will be much appreciated. Other than those problems, I have been enjoying the theme. I work in an office and am using this theme for a client, I really need to get this sorted out so I can finish the site up for the company I work for. I’m not the normal angry customer, but I definitely need this figured out soon. Thanks again.
