RSS social icon in footer

Hi,

I would like for the rss social icon to appear in the footer section, but have been facing the following issues:
1. To test, I’ve placed this shortcode in Highend Options > Layout Settings > Footer Layout > Copyright text: [social_icons style=”dark” size=”small” facebook=”#” rss=”#” twitter=”#” youtube=”#” ]. Although the other icons appear, the rss icon does not. I copied the code from http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/social-icons/. How do I make the rss icon appear?

2. I want the RSS icon to appear after but on the same line of the footer menu (that is, after “Careers”). How do I do that?
