RevSlider not working properly

I am attempting to add a RevSlider to my portfolio page and after having created a slider from a template (with content populating it) I’ve been instructed: “From the page and/or post editor insert the shortcode from the sliders table”. What is the “sliders table”??

As you can see from the attached images, it looks like there should be something there for RevSlider… but isnt.

Also, from the shortcode list that appears when clicking on the little pencil icon to the left of it, there is nothing that relates to the Revolution Slider.

Please advise. Any help would be great. BTW, i have tried this on both Chrome and Safari and had the same issue.
