revolutions slider video/poster incompatibility with ipad

I have not received any direction yet on how to handle this. On regular pc rev slider with video looks/runs great….on android rev slider with video (doesnt run because of no autoplay) but the visual poster shows up and looks fine no problem…..but when I view the slider on ipad the 4th slide with video the poster will not show up correctly and is centered and pushed into the upper 1″ of the screen. You can still see the difference in the screenshots on my old post, but for the moment, I have disabled the video and replaced it with just a static picture that is showing up across the board on all devices, including the apple. I don’t understand why the video poster quit working on the ipad. I turned off all plug-ins and nothing changed it. I would like to find a fix so I can have my video back on rev slider, but just dont know where to start. I am aware that both highend and rev slider have updates coming out soon. Will any of these fix this issue? or do you have coding I can add to fix the issue? Thank you.
