Revolutionary Slider Arrows

Hi,

My website is http://www.arimednow.com/ and for some reason, the arrows (from my screen) show that the arrows are not centered horizontally. I checked the revolutionary slider settings and tried a horizontal offset which displayed in the preview and worked but didn’t show on the actual website. I have cleared my cache as well. Can you please help me with this problem? Thank you.
