Revolution Slider still not working after updates

Hello. I followed the steps Kika outlined:

1. Update the theme to 2.4.7 – Go to Dashboard > Updates and update the theme.
2. Make a backup of your sliders – Go to Revolution Slider and export each of your sliders.
3. Reinstall the Revolution slider – Go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
4. In case you have any caching plugins, empty/clean the cache.

The slide is still not working correctly. I just get a continual spinner. I tried loading a demo template and that didn’t work properly either. Perhaps I missed something. When you have a chance, would you please check it out.
