Rest API not allowing me to post blogs

Hi! Posted this on another thread, but haven’t gotten a response:

I’m having the same issue as the person who posted and tried the solution, but it didn’t work. I added the code to the PHP and I’m still unable to add new posts. Also installed Code Snippets, but it keeps saying there’s an error in line 2 and won’t activate: if ( function_exists( ‘WC’ ) && empty( WC()->cart ) ) {
