Responsive Styles doesn't work

    Hello,

    My website is http://www.tlunot.co.il.
    The following settings don’t work on my website at all (although checked):
    Enable / Disable Responsive Styles
    Enable / Disable Sticky Header Nav
    Enable / Disable Zoom on mobile devices

    When I enable responsive style it doesn’t work AND the top menu isn’t shown.

    How can I fix it?
