Responsive Issue and Header Problem

I’ve been building out my website and the two final problems I am running into are the excess space between my header and my sidebar menu content and also that the presentation slides for my homepage are not responsive for my mobile site. I’ve included a picture of the mobile site and my website is bellifiorilavender.com.
