Responsive Design Not Working

I have tried to create a support ticket about this subject and I’ve sent an email as well, but received no update about this. My website, bellifiorilavender.com does not work on mobile or tablets and I want to rectify this as quickly as possible. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
