Requesting Refund

I purchased a high end theme and am beyond frustrated. The drag and drop that was highly featured in the advertising is totally inadequate and there is no phone number, no customer service to receive help. This theme’s advertisements and promises were highly overrated and exaggerated and I would like a refund immediately. I have spent way too many hours trying to make this work and even hired a web designer who specializes in Word Press to help and am still left extremely unhappy. The Visa card … [removed for security reasons] … I want a refund as soon as possible.
