Removing Extra White Space from Bottom of Visual Composer Page

Hi,

I constructed a page using visual composer and have extra space at the very bottom. (See ex1 attached for what it looks like in the backend editor and ex2 for what it looks like on the page.) I’ve played around with a bunch of the row/column margins and padding and background colors, etc. but can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of that extra row and/or make it a black background like the rest of the page. If I add content into it, visual composer just makes another empty row underneath everything automatically.
