Remove registration from login in the Header layout

Hi,

I have my own plugin to Login and register called “profile builder” and it works fine. However I like the idea of using the login in the header layout options that you provide. Is there a way to keep the login functionality but remove the ability to register from the header layout? I would prefer the users to register from My registration page in Profile builder.
