Remove Need to Approve Comments

My website is http://www.brettmccracken.com and I want to allow comments on my blog, however I do not want to have to approve each individual comment. As of right now, when a guest makes a comment, I have to approve the comment in the specific blog page. Is there anyway I can remove this necessity so that guest comments on my blog just go straight through?
