Remove Asset from a Page

I’m attempting to build a sample blog page, however the default behavior includes a section at the bottom of the page I’ll refer to as “YOU ALSO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN” with 2 image objects below.

What I’d like to know is:

1- if I keep the asset but wanted to control what’s displayed where do I do this.
2- how can I turn this feature off (I’m more likely wanting to turn it off though)
3- how can I also cause the Title “Seminar” to have a rectangle border like on http://www.connectisgrp.com/products/rightfax/ (I want all my pages to contain the rectangle around the page title)
