Remove "Add to Cart" button hovering over product images

I have a catalog mode installed and it has removed “add to cart” buttons except for the ones that appear when you hover over product images.

I have tried:

(1): woocommerce ul.products li.product .add-to-cart-button-inner, .woocommerce-page ul.products li.product .add-to-cart-button-inner{ display: none; }

(2): .action .add_to_cart_button { display: none !important; }

And a few other combinations none have worked. Is there anyway I can get them removed?
