reinstall my highend theme

HI. I had my whole website deleted by my host, ipage, and now they are not cooperating to get it back up again. All they can say is that they are sorry for their mistake but not the slight support or responsibility for wiping out my whole business identity!

I’m trying to figure out how to get it back up running which would imply doing everything from the beginning from scratch. So first, I assume I had to get my domain hosted, wordpress reinstalled and the theme installed as well. I’d would appreciate if someone could give me a feedback on how to get the theme reinstalled? Or even better if there is a way to find my website still somewhere in the world wide web…
